How It Started

Vince DiMaria opened the Ephrata location with one clear mission: a real neighborhood Italian kitchen where the food reflected genuine pride and the owner knew your name.

The Pizza Foundation

Hand-tossed dough, golden on the bottom with a satisfying chew throughout. Signature pies like the Grandma Pizza and the Jersey Tomato are why people keep coming back.

A Full Italian Kitchen

Pizza is the foundation, but the menu runs much deeper — homemade lasagna, Penne alla Vodka, Shrimp Scampi, Italian hoagies, every pasta dinner served with salad and garlic bread.
